This patient had a previous root canal done on his front tooth. Over time the tooth started to discolor and developed internal resorption. A disease where the tooth basically starts to eat itself. Due to the internal resorption the tooth had to be extracted (or removed). Dr. Beech replaced the missing tooth with a dental implant and an implant crown.
