Terry: Smile Makeover

Terry presented to our Mentor, Ohio office interested in having a smile makeover. He struggled with acid reflux (or GERD) for many years. Acid reflux causes tooth erosion. Terry had severe clinical erosion of his enamel, most of his teeth had exposed dentin. In the past he had tooth bonding done on some of his anterior (front) teeth. He was also a severe grinder and his teeth were short and flat. Dental crowns were recommended to Terry to protect his teeth from the harmful affects of acid reflux and for aesthetics. Several all porcelain crowns were completed to give Terry a smile-makeover he could be proud of.
