COVID-19

We have been looking forward to the time when we can once again care for you and your family in our office.  We are happy that the time is here! Great Lakes Dental will begin seeing patients again on Monday, May 11th with modified hours. We hope that you and your family have continued to stay well.

You will see and experience some important changes as you arrive at our office, but you can feel confident that we are taking your health and safety to the next level by utilizing the most advanced products, equipment and protocols to keep you and our staff safe. We are also making dental care more accessible through the use of virtual visits, as well as, offering financial options.

  • COVID-19 screening questions will be asked when scheduling and confirming your appointment and when you arrive at the office.
  • Please come alone to your appointment (except where necessary for interpreters, guardians of minors, and others needing assistance). When you arrive for your appointment, your temperature will be taken and recorded.
  • We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. We also ask that you wear a mask in the waiting area. If you choose, you may return to your vehicle until we are ready to seat you.
  • We have instituted the use of Teledentistry which will allow for some appointments to take place virtually. You will soon be able to schedule a virtual visit at www.greatlakesdental.com.
  • We have added advanced technologies to our practice, including an upgraded air filtration system and increased evacuation systems. A sterilization team will continue to sanitize and disinfect all areas throughout the office.

When we see you again, we will look a little different as we will be wearing additional personal protective equipment (PPE), but we can assure you that we will be greeting you with a smile under our masks. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you and your family safe in our practice and about the options you have to receive the dental care that you deserve. To make an appointment, please call our office at 440-255-3111 or use our online scheduling app.

We are excited to be back together soon, serving you and your families in a manner that you can feel confident we have your best interest at heart. Thank you for being our patient. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Sincerely,
Great Lakes Dental
