The first step that we take is the performance of a smile analysis. We take some snapshots of your normal smile from a multitude of angles. We then perform periodontal assessments and digital radiographs to determine the health of your gums and teeth. When we're positive that we can perform cosmetic dental treatment, we proceed to develop a treatment plan that is unique to your needs. We examine each tooth's condition and shape and consider a modification of the gum contour to build a better smile.
Dr. Beech consults with each patient and utilizes state-of-the-art digital smile design software to build your ideal smile on a screen. This way, you'll know how you'll look before treatment actually starts. Dr. Beech will even build a three dimensional model of your teeth so that you can see what the end result will look like. Your teeth will then be treated with appropriate methods. This can include whitening, reshaping, or you might even have a gum lift performed. Sometimes all it takes is the use of dental veneers to hide coffee stains or chips and misalignments. In other instances, bonding will brighten up a smile with a thin plastic or resin coating that is applied over damaged teeth.
